I am just turning 65 in Jan and had some questions that Mason was able to help me understand. He also helped me get the best coverage for my husband and his disabled son. I would recommend the services here to anyone with questions or concerns about which policy is best for them.
Was so confused on what rx plan would be best to sign up for Casey took time explaining the medicare d, advantage plans etc and helped me feel good about the decision I made. He also helped me choose a final expense plan for me so when that time comes my family will not have to worry about needing funds to take care of my final expenses. Highly recommend him. Mason is the type of employee companies can only dream of. I worked Fortune 50 sales and other high profile jobs. I thought I had high standards until I experienced the down to earth, over the top, through the roof customer service from Mason. He was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable, professional, and available on often times very complex Medicare issues. He puts his clients needs over profits and made that sincerely clear from the very beginning. It is not very often that I would give 10 stars if I could and therefore I just did. 10 STARS!! Well Done!!
Logan was very professional and helpful in Getting us signed up with a medicare plan for 2023. I would use him again and would recommend him to everyone.
