Westland Insurance

Went here as it was close to home even though it had a lousy review on Google. First couple of times were okay. Then I went in to renew my car insurance and the service was terrible and the people were snotty. So I wrote a bad review on here and the manager called me up wondering why I had done so. When I shared my experience with her, she blamed me for not being a regular enough of a customer and demanded that I take the review down. I did. I promised that I wouldn't go back but had to when I sold my car cause it was close. It was a little better service but it seemed very forced for them to be nice to me.

Teresa at the Penticton Westland office is a thorough professional. There are few people like her. It is a pleasure to deal with her and glad to see her at this office. Will definitely tell friends and family that she is there!!!

I have just dealt with a young lady by the name of Teresa Ciardullo and was extremely happy with the way she handled my insurance dealings. She was very articulate, knowledgeable, polite and addressed all my concerns about my policy in detail. I will be dealing with her and only her from now on. Thank you Ms. Ciardullo

I always feel very confident when choosing Westland insurance and particularly Teresa to help me with all my insurance needs. Great people with a friendly and helpful atmosphere to help with the complexities of insurance.

The Penticton Westland office and Teresa Ciardullo in particular, were a great help while we were in the midst of a complicated home buying situation. We had had a renter's policy and then switched to a homeowner's policy as we were expecting to become homeowners (for the first time) then in the period of two days we found out we were not going to be able to be owners so we had to switch back to a renter's policy. Then, 3 weeks later, switched to a homeowner's policy again as we got the goahead to buy. It was a mess and Teresa was very patient explaining what was required and took care of it all efficiently and effectively, despite all the last minute switching. Her efficiency and professionalism helped it all go smoothly and kept us calm.
