Convenient location, lots of parking. My experience with insurance renewal is i started going to credit union for my cars because equally convenient and car insurance is same price regardless who sells it. The difference is how you are treated, what information they provide, sometimes they offer a calendar or something small like a car notepad. Over the years easily have an impression that credit union were much friendlier and more accommodating and my impression was reinforced today. The manager did assist me at the end of my visit and she was both helpful and friendly.

Don't bother going here. Wish I could give 0 stars. A scarring experience for my first vehicle purchase & insuring. I called the night before to prepare my visit and was told by a rude woman I didn't need anything extra, then the next day the rude woman is in the flesh and makes me feel stupid for "not coming prepared." She rolled her eyes at customers behind me, but found herself able to make small chat on the phone to someone so nicely right in my face while leisurely getting some number that turned out I couldn't have even gotten myself. The seller of my vehicle had to leave and go cancel her insurance somewhere else, it was so awful. Don't go here. Power tripper.
