I have been a patient at Westgrove since 2017 and have always had good experiences, especially with the maternity team when I had my son. My family doctor is Dr. Zuidhof and she is great; so kind and easy to talk to. I’m very surprised to see all these negative reviews about reception. Are they busy? Yes. But they’re not rude, and they always make an effort to fit us in as soon as possible.
These 5 stars are for Naomi, the front desk lady! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me book an appointment and accommodating my busy schedule. I have not received this kindness from any other front end ladies for the past 6 years that ive been a patient. Thank you Naomi!
I've been going to this Clinic since Dr Micknickle moved his practise in the early 2000s but have not been overly happy with his replacement Dr Rice since his retirement. Will likely be finsing a new famiky physician or just visiting walk in Clinics from here forward because atleast they're willing to see me in a timely manner that doesn't disrupt my career or life as well as not being nearly as judgemental of me personally.
Dr Avery Crocker is probably one of the sweetest doctors I have ever met in my life. She is so helpful in listening to your needs and helping as much as she can. The whole maternity team there is absolutely amazing and no complaints with that. Just wish the front desk could be a little less rude.
Who ever answered the phone September 5th at 11:48am needs a hug…. Seriously, who pissed in her corn flakes this morning??? I just need an appointment.
