Been here several times over the years. Excellent service. Prompt and friendly. I usually do a walk in, and it’s always been quick. Would return for any health imaging services.
I was here yesterday for my DEXA Scan. No lineup when I arrived and just saw two frontdesk staffs were just chatting and both of them just look at me while they are chitchatting . None of these two ladies called me and offered to help me. I thought they were on break but for any lunch or coffee breaks staff shouldn’t be sitting at the front desk. Receptionist should always be ready to help customers waiting in line. I was staring literally to these two receptionists and looks like they just ignored me none of them offered help. Though there was an awesome receptionist named Glenda who save the day for me. She called me as soon as she arrives and offered to help with my issue. She went way above and beyond to resolve and help me with my appointment. Called across cancer and ask for my specialist clinic to send the requisition for my testing. This is what customer service is all about!!! Staff who’s dealing with customers who does not want to help customers shouldn’t be working at a customer facing work environment. Receptionist Glenda and my DEXA scan tech has saved the day for me yesterday. Great customer service from Glenda and skillful tech. I understand that it can be so stressful dealing with customers but please do know that these patients who are going to have these testings at your facility are dealing a lot already they don’t need this unsatisfactory service. Please look into it because it was not a great feeling being ignored while you are already sick and tired. Thank you!
The hours of Operation on Insight Medical Web Page and the hours of Operation are different than what’s accepted in person. I had planned to drive to Spruce Grove location as they have extended hours for X-rays: site says 8:00pm. However when I arrived they stated they stop taking walk ins after 6:00pm. I was then directed to the hospital for an Xray. Although insight medical is clean, there was no one waiting at all inside insight, what I thought would be an easy task, ended up wasting gas and time driving to Spruce Grove. Hours should be reflected accurately and appropriately to avoid this for any other patience for the same dismay.

I had a great experience at Insight Medical in Spruce Grove, despite being a bit anxious. The team was incredibly friendly and efficient. The tech provided clear, easy-to-follow directions while maintaining a very professional and reassuring environment.
