Great spot to drop off UPS Amazon returns. FYI you don't need to bring the second sender sheet. Only if you are bringing it to a UPS store.
Do you guys redirect packages internationally ? I'm in Australia and am waiting on a package from Alibaba but the tracking says it has been delivered to this address ? Thanks for any info
I'm very disappointed with UPS, this morning Dec 12,2022 I had a package delivered. The fellow dialed my number and I let him in. Instead of delivering to my door where I was waiting for him, he dropped the package on the ledge in the foyer in front of the mail boxes. Leaving it there to be stolen by anyone who happened to walk by. The first time this happened to me, I let it slide but a second time I'm complaining. From now on I will be telling any entity that i order from NOT to use UPS.
This is the most useless courier service I have ever dealt with, the held my package and abandoned it and now are telling me to contact the shipper. Don't use them if you want to get your packages
Would leave less if I could. 8 days to deliver something 20 miles away. On its way for 5 days. Out for delivery for 3 days. Box looked like they used it as a football.
