Love the staff at the Cuyahoga Falls locations. Very friendly and helpful. Only 5 stars because emails do not get a response and would be nice if you could do your own reset for online passwords like most other sites.

Hours blow... Asked for help with paying a loan online and was lead through a very complicated process of filling out a form for a special password or something. Never heard back from them after that. Frankly, the customer service is bad too! It's extremely hard making the trip out there from Kent when I'm also working with their terrible hours around my busy schedule. Never going with them again.

Staff is lovely! But lobby hours are ridiculous and constantly getting shorter, processing time and cutoffs are inconvenient, and website security certificate doesn't work with my security software which is sketchy. I miss Valley Savings and I'm shopping for another bank!
