the tellers were nice. but that's not enough for me to justify anything but a bad review. this union closed my account and stole"fined/fees" all my money. "sorry sir. is there anything else we can help you with?" 
well shoot... let me think...no I guess not.
thought I left all that bs behind when I left BoA.
well keep it... I'm sure your under paid employees can use a holiday bonus :P

OK. So I wrote a review a while ago. But I wanted to say Kurt is BY FAR the best teller I have ever dealt with. The guy remembers everything. Super pleasant. He is an asset to this company.

I have been with towpath for 2months Fairlawn location. Courtney W. Was very helpful in my loan process and educating me on my decision. Unfortunately my work hours are 8-4:30 so I'm unable to make it to the bank however I do have direct deposit so the loans I've taken out can process on time. Customer service is outstanding and I wish the bank much success.
