Chase Bank

I've only used the drive thu here. The outside drive and grounds are always well kept.

The bank is very nice, offering private consultation, multiple tellers, 2 drive thru tellers, and a drive up ATM. I set up my first bank account here and the banker was extremely helpful in helping me learn about the services they offered and the ins and outs of a checking account.

Tried THREE times to switch ALL of my accounts to this branch....too busy for my business? MAN, I thought Valley turned Westfield sucked! (Nothing lower than ONE full star available!)

Called 15 times no answer how can you talk to someone when they won't pick up the phone that's at the cuyahogafalls one the one on s.arlington I waited in line for 20 min to be told the person that does the titles just left for lunch went back hour later and then was told she doing someone else's job so she can't do titles what happened to customer service I still need my titles done
