Westfield Bank

I was very nervous about Westfield Bank buying Chicopee Savings. CSB had always felt like a small home-town bank with people you got to know. I have been pleasantly surprised. I did experience a glitch with my ATM during the initial switch; but it was my fault - I did not read the information mailed to that said DO NOT get rid of your CSB ATM until after a certain date. I thought, hey the new one is here, I guess I use that now. Since then, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the banks I have been to - and I have been to several branches. I've even chosen Westfield for my new home mortgage and that experience was top notch. I feel confident recommending this bank.

I'm canceling my accounts. Good job transferring to Westfield Bank and blocking old debit cards without sending new ones. Literally spend 2 hours waiting for someone to assist me but I guess the owners are too cheap to hire more workers, because I left the bank without my new card. Just awful. I guess it's time to switch to a bigger bank that cares about their customers. I suggest you to never open an account at WB if you want to save your nerves.
