No drive up any more. Hours are terrible . They charge a 7 dollar fee to cash one of their own customers checks if the person cashing the check does not have an account with them. That's highway robbery. If you do have an account they charge you if you come in and deposit by using the teller. They only want you to use the atm or the on line app. Which is crap that they try and force you to use it .some people don't like using the Internet for banking because it not totally secure and billions of dollars get taken out of banks every year from online hacking.besides the fact that alot of people don't use the Internet at all ,many of my customers have no computers or smart phones. So if they want to bank with this bank they get penalized heavily. So what are they offering no personal service ridiculous fees for everything . If you use checks your punished for doing so by charging you fees ,monthly fees on your accounts ,and charging for your checks ,charging for using other banks ATMs. Why is anyone using this bank. If u think every bank is the same your wrong. United bank has none of these charges. Free checks ,no charge to cash checks from other banks, no charge for checking accounts , no fees for using other banks atms . Win Win . So again why is anyone using bank of america. This is my opinion.

They're very inconsiderate and entirely sales driven, and try not to help you out unless they get a sale out of it. If you're not opening an account or opening up a loan, don't even bother going in for any other service. The platform side of folks are not interested in helping you out.

Nice down to earth people! Not too "corporate" even though its a big bank.
