Gentle Dental of Westland

Great understanding, compassionate staff. Very good overall service. Would recommend to anyone looking. No complaints from a person that absolutely hates going to the dentist so they are doing something right.

I've only had an initial exam with x-rays so far but was impressed with the facility and professionalism of everyone there.. It is a very nice and large office. I was scheduled for cleaning and 2 fillings two days later. It's nice to not have to wait a week or more for an appointment.. Unfortunately I had to cancel because it started snowing hours earlier than the weather repots said, and since I depend on a walker could not make it.

I just started going to this office recently and being as I'm someone who is terrified of dentist and hate everything about sitting in that chair they have made it a very comfortable experience. Francis at the desk is wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly. She has been very patient and kind to answering my 1000 questions and going above and beyond looking into things for me to save me hassel! She's amazing! Dr. Hanan has also been very pleasant and makes me feel comfortable thru all of my appointments.. I would recommend her. Office is clean and all the rest of the staff have been friendly as well but the two mentioned are who I've had the most interaction with and they are both great!!

Time to find a new dentist. My son is 10 years old and was getting his first filling. He wanted me to come back with him and the “doctor” refused to let me be by his side. HE’S A MINOR!! If I want to be back there with him, this should not be questioned until he’s 18 years old. I’ve never had this experience at any other doctor or dentist office. We WON’T be back.

Great staff. Very reasonable prices as they put all your options on the tableforyou to decide. Love that they are not all money hungry and understand not everyone can afford to spend a $1000 dollars to fix one tooth
