Popped in for 2 battery replacements. Greeted by a friendly gentleman who promptly took care of them while I waited. Such an unassuming place; I had no idea what I would find behind the door it doesn’t have a street storefront entrance but I was pleasantly surprised!

Great experience again for my second visit. Prompt diagnostic of my broken watches, both were repaired while I waited in just 5 minutes! It was an honour to watch him work so passionately, you can see the love of the work even after many years in the industry. I’ll be back to this location with all my watch issues in the future!

Owner was so lovely, knowledgeable and quick changed watch battery in 5 minutes!

Best guy. Best service. Best in the west
