Great service and great people. I was there to replace a damaged watch strap the watch was purchased elsewhere a while ago and the team was able to quickly make recommendations based on dimensions. Very pleased with the final result and how quick and easy it was. Highly recommended.
If you need a high end piece serviced, Otto Friedl and the German Watchmaker are the place to go. Period. Otto has some interesting vintage client pieces for sale for sale at the shop as well.
The store owners are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
