We got hit by a tree on our last camping, and decided to bring our unit to Western RV Country , even thought we didn't purchase it from them. There's only good stuff to say about these guys, they fixed our unit very fast, and in a very professional way, their service and parts area were so friendly and helpful, the service manager Dean is an exceptional man, he explained what our unit needed to have done and was very clear about prices and time of labor, everything exceeded our expectations and our unit was re design in a beautiful way. Thank you Dean and your crew, we are very happy with the results and will definitely visit you again when it's time for a new trailer or another service. Lisa and Rob Hamilton.

From the moment I walked in and was helped by Shirley I could tell that this place was full of sincere, honest people. They really went above and beyond during my purchase of an apex 193bhs. When we went to finalize paperwork, I left only to find we had a flat tire on our truck. Despite it being past closing at this point, Bobby and Chris stayed an extra 30 minutes tracking down their air compressor/parts so that we could fill the tire, letting my family stay nice and warm in their show room, and not forcing me to change my tire on the spot in -15C weather. When they were leaving I was already starting to change my tire and it would've been easy to wish me luck and be on their way, but they guys essentially talked me into letting them stay behind an extra half hour on a Saturday night. If this isn't fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks again Western RV staff in Airdrie!

We purchased our second trailer from Western RV in the fall. Bobby helped us find the right trailer to meet our needs. Chris was exceptional in explaining the details for the paperwork from the financing to warranty coverage. Chris & Bobby responded quickly to all of our questions and requests and took good care of us all the way through to post delivery. Service was also exceptional, Tanya provided us with timely updates and ensured that everything was taken care of for us. Thank you to the team at Western RV for exceptional customer service!

Disgusted with the sales team and sales manager. Was told I need to put a deposit down and they needed all my information just to negotiate a price. My assumption is a credit check without consent they assured me no but no other dealer has asked for a deposit and all my personal info just to negotiate. I was also told they charge $496 to go through it, detail it and have someone go through it with me, are you kidding? I shouldn't have to pay for them to do their jobs to ensure a unit they are selling is 100%. Terrible customer service!!!! I will buy elsewhere. Uncle Ben's negotiated over the phone without my info or a deposit, just saying.

We purchased our first unit back on 2007, and the service provided back then the was very great, now we went back for our second unit and they really superseded all expectation, the staff is so friendly from the moment you walk trough those doors until you leave, they make you feel so welcome, and the service (sales,service, parts) provided make us fall in love all over again, even bilingual services are now available and that makes it even more attractive , will definitely recommend Western RV Country for your next RV purchase.
