From the moment we arrived to look at trailers, our saleman Terry Gairdner made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice to help us find the perfect unit for our family. Robyn Wright in finance was so friendly, she was patient and able to answer all of our financial questions to seal the deal. Tara the operations manager worked with us to build our deal, Shilo in parts made our pickup seamless and the detailing in our unit was immaculate, especially considering we purchased a used RV. Eric’s walk-through was very thorough and patiently answered our many questions and ensured that we were safe to head out of the lot. We would definitely recommend Field of RV Dreams to anyone looking for a recreation vehicle, excellent service all around!
The experience was awesome from the time we walked in. It was extremely hot that day and all the associates made sure that we were definitely hydrated. The sales person Terry was very knowledgeable of the trailer. He knew what our towing load was for our vehicle without asking us. He was very friendly and made us very comfortable. He went out of his way to answer all our questions. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. The finance person Robyn definitely was exceptionally good at her job. She did everything to help us get our financing. She also was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The service tech Eric knew his stuff very well. He answered all our questions and was also very friendly. All whom we dealt with were very friendly and had a nice sense of humour that was refreshing. Thanks to all for a very good experience. We definitely will recommend "Field of Dreams RV" in Airdrie to anyone.
In response to your response: Tanya Balmes is my wife and every bit a part of the canceled purchase she described in her own 1 star review. I as named in the response to her review by Field of Dreams did discuss trading in a vehicle. Which was declined by the dealership. I did infact ask to pay cash and it took 2 days to get the response of "No. We require Financing on all Purchases." When I asked for the interest rate and term I was approved for along with the payment, I was also told "We will share that after you have agreed to take financing." I will expect another fabricated and locked response that twists what happened to make the customer to be in the wrong. That is how this dealership rolls.... As a Licensed AMVIC dealer, they will be flagged with the demand of Finance only Purchase. This is a subsidiary of Western RV and I would recommend to any check if you can pay cash, and what the terms of finance are before agreeing to any purchase from this dealer group
We had a leak in our rv. We went to field of dreams service department. They got us in right away. We found out we needed to get a new hot water tank. They ordered the part and a week later we got our new hot water tank installed. Our service person Alex went out of his way to make us happy! He is an exemplary person!! We are very happy with the service and would recommend Field of Dreams to anyone!!
Overall experience with this dealer was great, started with our sales woman Cheryl who worked very hard and gave her full attention on our needs and how to meet them, we have specific requests that we have made and the team delivered them, Eric did our walk through and took the time to make sure we understands the different functions of our trailer, also Tara -OPS Manager she made sure we are taken care of based on our needs. Overall were satisfied customers and will definitely refer our friends to them.
We have always had excellent service at Field of Dreams, Airdrie. The staff are all so friendly & accommodating. Shilo in the Service Department is so great to deal with she deserves many accolades! Alex who did the repairs on our trailer gave us outstanding customer service as well! I can highly recommend Field of Dreams, Airdrie! Best service ever!
If there was a button for 10 stars, it would be a 10!! Were do I begin!? The whole team at Feild of dream is absolutely the best!! Especially to Marg in sales, Robin in finances, and Eric!!! It was VERY accommodating for our small kids, with some much for them to be entertained by while we dealt with the "parent things" Thanks to everyone for making our first trailer purchase truly the best!
We found a great trailer for our family and we were so happy with the customer service. Cheryl was great and really listened to our needs and concerns to help us find the trailer that would work best for us and when it came time for our walk through Eric took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we knew everything we needed to know before leaving the lot! Overall a we had a great experience here.
I was browsing the internet for RV dealerships and decided to chat with Christina from the Field of RV Dreams. We were just planning on looking around but she had Terry text me to answer some of our questions. We came by, we found the perfect RV for us and the best people to deal with. Terry, Robyn, Alex and everyone at Field of RV Dreams are amazing. They are all part of why we decided to seal the deal. Robyn even babysat for our kids while we do the walk-through with Alex and our daughter had so much fun. Thank you Robyn! We also brought back our RV for some minor repairs and the people at service dealt with it right away and Terry even helped us attach our trailer to our car when we picked it up. Thank you Terry and to everyone. You all went above and beyond to help us out. Amazing RV place and people. They deserve 10 stars! Don't think twice if you are thinking of buying an RV. See them at Field of RV Dreams.
5 stars isn’t even enough. 10 stars! Terry is hands down the very best sales manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We went to several dealerships first and decided to end our day at Field of Dreams. Thank goodness we did. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by the friendliest staff. We had two of our children with us. One of which uses a wheelchair. They pulled out ALL the stops. They entertained the kids while we went in an out of a bunch of trailers. When our son wanted to explore them as well, Terry made sure he got to experience all the trailers and be included in everything. Terry asked all the right questions and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. He is just amazing. Robyn in finance, is just as amazing! Made the whole experience seem less and stress free. They take care of everything! She has such a kind heart and she made sure we understood all the paperwork and explained everything to us. She also took so much time with the kids. Truly an awesome woman. Eric did our walk through with us and was so incredibly thorough and made sure we knew what every single switch/button/accessory did. He made sure we understood the warranty and what to do in certain circumstances. Such a great guy! There were certain things I didn’t even realize the trailer had until he showed us during the walk through. Last but certainly not least… Christine at the front is absolutely AMAZING and she made us and our kids feel so welcomed. She made popcorn and put movies on for the kids. She is the first person you see when you walk in and set the tone for our experience! She is so sweet. The sales staff in the store are so unbelievably helpful. Shilo and Tera were so nice to chat with and they helped and explained different parts I was looking for. Went well above and beyond. I don’t usually leave reviews.. only when I am truly blown away and impressed. I literally cannot think of one single thing they can improve on. It has been hands down the BEST experience we have had purchasing any vehicle or trailer. Come here first!!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!
