We purchased a 2022 Open Range from Eric on July 4th. He answered all of our questions and concerns and matched us up with the exact unit we needed. Travis in financing made the finance process easy, he was informative and not pushy. Jacob did our walk through and hitch set up leaving us well educated on our new unit and safely hooked up. The sales manager Les followed up at the end to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you Traveland RV Airdrie.
Just purchased our first RV from this dealership. What a great experience! I only wish all businesses were this great. Craig was our sales rep. He was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. His colleague Les was also great and helped with getting the deal done. When it came down to buying parts Jacob was knowledgeable. Dave went through the T@B 320 with us and was very thorough. Lastly, Travis from the finance office was friendly and went through line by line in clear fashion. A very good experience! Strongly recommend this place for all your RV needs!! Even our puppy Tobie loves it!
Very professional and helpful, made things easy for us. Tyler is a very friendly salesman, excellent follow up, was very informative and friendly, helped us choose a trailer that fits out needs and budget. Kyle helped us with all the financing and approval stuff, took no time to get it. Jacob was very helpful to delivering the trailer to us, explaining very detail and showing us what to do and how to do it. Great experience front to back buying a trailer. Went in knowing pretty well what we wanted and Lucas was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and down to earth guy, not pushy, could've backed out anytime. After a day we decided it was a go and went back to be helped by Travis in financing. Pickup was a few days later where we were able to finalize everything and meet with Les the sales manager and drive away with our new Taxa Mantis! Great team, thank you guys very much for the streamlined process and for answering any question we had, would highly recommend going here if you are thinking about just about any trailer.
The purchase of our first ever brand new trailer has been a great experience thanks to the team at Traveland RV. We went in with ideas of what we wanted and the salesman, Cody, was knowledgeable of inventory and very patient with all the random questions and concerns being asked. He was very laid back and personable, and didn't come across as a "pushy salesman". And all of this wouldn't have been possible without the amazing finance consultant, Travis. He helped make this a very smooth experience every step of the way. Travis has exceptional communication and great patience dealing with my many questions that I was asking either by email or calls. I look forward to picking the new trailer up in a couple days and enjoying the summer ahead.
Les, Cody, and Zac were very helpful when I needed to replace the power chord on our new unit. No questions asked and they continue to be professional and pleasant to work with even after the purchase, which is what every customer is hoping for and expecting when things go wrong especially before a weekend trip! I had booked a solar install for myself over Christmas. things did not unfold on my teardrop trailer how I had originally thought they would. due to many changes at the shop, the job slipped through the cracks a bit. I am so pleased that they worked with me to get it looking really sharp and something I'm proud to tow around!
We came in to check out some Airstreams and Lucas in sales took great care of us. When a few bumps in the delivery road were hit, he did all he could to get them resolved and was on hand, nearly 24/7, to answer any questions we had. While there were some financing flub ups, they were all due to someone who was temporarily there from another site and didn't seem to care to much about what he was doing. Airdrie Traveland themselves saved the sale and made sure we were satisfied by the end. We're loving our new Basecamp 20x! The pup does too!
My husband and I just finalized the purchase of our 2023 Wolf Creek 890, and the experience was excellent! Our salesman, Craig, was friendly and knowledgeable, but he wasn’t pushy!
