We shared a loaded pizza and its was loaded with toppings. The crust was awesome and the price was very reasonable. Service was very good as well, will definitely go back.Food: 5/5
Good food. we order baked lasagna, hawaiian pizza & chicken wings 2 ways, 1/2 buffalo & 1/2 lemon pepper. Softdrinks are refillable! Clean & Good ambiance. Excellent service!
I ordered the daily special club house. It was gross meat, processed ham with big pieces of grisel. The chicken was not much better. The whole sandwhich was like eating sand, dry and gross. I was hungry and I ate it anyhow. The chicken fingers were ok but we had no dipping sauce. The spagetti was clearly a canned sauce and just bland. The garlic bread was soggy. Lastly the "poutine" was just cheese and gravy. The state of the restaurant was very 80's and delapitated. The bathroom was in such bad shape. The stalls on one were broken so hopefully you don't need privacy. The urinals hold water and waste, really making you feel really special. It was also so dark in the bathroom, probably hiding more awful imprefections. Overall you would be better to get fast food for the price and quality. Skip this place.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and it was delicious. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings on top of a crispy crust and the pizza sauce had good flavor as well. The staff were friendly and they provided good service; although, I came at a busy time and my order came out later than I had liked. My overall experience was very good.
We went for Sunday dinner and it was excellent. I had the liver and onions. It came with a potato fries or mashed, garlic bread, salad tossed or Cesar and some steamed veggies. The liver was very tender and there were two pieces. There were lots of French fries and the gravy was very good. I upgraded to a Greek salad, it was crisp and flavourful. The garlic toast could have used a little more garlic but was still good. They were very busy, the banquet room was full, but they did quite well keeping up. A little mix up here and there and a couple forgotten items but the server was very quick to remedy any issues. I did have to refill my own coffee once, but as I stated, they were very busy. I would recommend this establishment for dinner meals.
They have a back room for big groups which is great and all but when you’ve been waiting 15 minutes and still haven’t seen wait staff to even get a drink order it’s kind of ridiculous not to mention 90% of the time the place is dead. The pizza is mostly crust and greasy is an understatement. For the amount of money a big group of at least 20 gives you in a night that booked 2 weeks prior you would think they would dedicate a few staff just to that table to get the best service possible. I could deal with the food if the wait staff was better.
Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT service last night for my dad and Jasmine's birthdays. We appreciate you always going above and beyond for us. You always go out of your way to accomodate our group. My pizza was fantastic as usual and I tried the dry ribs for the first time and I love the seasoning you have on them. Also anyone looking for a place for wings, I love all the flavors here!
Excellent pizza
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at western pizza and there has ALWAYS been great service! They've always made sure everything is good and if it’s not they’ve fixed it. I love going there especially for family events as they accommodate to us and are super patient when we take forever to order and honestly over service us which doesn’t happen anywhere these day
What happened to the best pizza in town??!! Its so pricey but was worth it. This last purchase of pizza was awful. Very little toppings and they forgot to put sauce on. I ordered a mushroom pizza, maybe a handful of mushrooms, before it was loaded with them. My husband got the all dressed, extra onions, was charged 4.00 for extra onions...are you kidding me....thats more than a whole bag of onions and there was barely any on it, so disappointed. Do I have to find a new pizza place. Anyone have suggestions for a better pizza place? UPDATE: After posting this review, the owner called my husband, gave sincere apologies about our pizzas, offered a free one next visit. We took him up on his generous offer. This order was much better, much more like the pizza we love from here. What fantastic customer care and service. No need to search for any other pizza place, we will be back again! Only one thing....more sauce please...lol...it is so tasty, I could have a side of just the sauce!
