Boston Pizza

My girlfriend and I used to love this place and go here all the time. There now must be new management or new cooking staff as the drinks are not made correctly and the food coming out of the kitchen is unsatisfactory. I love spending money on a nice dining and drinking experience but if I can't get a drink made correctly or food made fresh to order I will not be returning. Cold fries and a cold chicken sandwich is not worth $25. Do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else. 0 stars out of 5.

Just a friendly reminder to the customers that are rude to the wait staff. When the establishment is packed and the kitchen is backing up…don’t yell at the wait staff. I can say that it’s pretty obvious that the restaurant/lounge is going to be slower than normal when there isn’t a single free table. I enjoyed being able to people watch and all of the TV’s were working perfectly. Plus I enjoyed my conversation time. At least the drinks kept flowing.

Been here a few times, but this past Saturday the serve was HORRIBLE. There were 5 of us with 3 more joining us late. Only 1 order was completely right. Had to ask more than once to get a refill of coffee, couldn't get any other refills. Yes you had a group of 30 people come in but that doesn't mean we get ignored. I left a tip out of habitbut it wasn't deserved.

I waited for over half an hour at a table in the bar and the wait staff never came over to ask me if I wanted a drink or menu or anything. Yes it was busy, but that is no excuse to not check in with a patron. This is the second time this had happened at this location. Like last time I just left and went to eat else where. Never, ever going back there!

I know boston pizza isn't known for good service, this however was the worst I've had. Sat down, 15 mins and not even acknowledged. Sun night so not even busy.

Great food with a wide selection which has yet to disappoint. Friendly and fun staff who work hard to keep up, but unfortunately it seems like there could be a few more staff members helping on the bar side during busy times. The lack of bar help contributes to lengthy wait times for drinks.Food: 5/5

Absolutely wow! Over charged, over cooked steak, draft tastes old, hardly any dressing on ceaser salad, no gravy with mashed potatoes. I don't feel well after consuming beer. Staff was friendly, and I still tipped 18% I'll go back to Kindersley Inn

They missed all of the sides with all 3 kids meals. We picked it up as we were driving through so were 30 min away when we noticed. We were told we would be reimbursed for what was missed or sent a voucher for in the future and never received anything or heard back.

If I could give less than a star I would. No one ever upfront Sat in lounge, waited 15 mins. Not busy with two servers Had to go up and ask for menus. Tables weren't cleaned. Took another 15 mins for drinks. Then another 10 to take our order. Now if the server is busy, or having a rough night and just even acknowledge us to be like "hey I will be over asap just trying to catch up" boom instantly understandable. But outright dodging and ignoring tables is mind-boggling. Food was ok, expected for a Boston pizza. Waited 20 mins for someone to come by to refill drinks or check to see if food was proper. Then waited for bills and payment for a while I stopped timing Didn't Even want to speak to a manager because that would of probably taken another 20mins. For a franchise owner I would be embarrassed to run a business like this. Only take away I can say is I had one meal left for my life I'd pick this restaurant because it would take 8 years for it to show up. You're better off ordering take out and going there and sitting down with it. This is multiple times with similar experiences not even just one person or server.
