The person taking the phone order has a major language barrier. His answer to any question i asked was "ok." I was told 45 mins for delivery. I was keeping an eye on the time and it arrived early but i had my hands full so i couldnt open the door right away. The lady delivering it had a sour attitude saying it was cruel to make someone wait outside. At her age she should know kindersley winters are cold and to dress for them. Pizza was good though.
Rude guys at night, I order supreme no pork chicken or beef instead. They still gave me a pepperoni with my pizza. I believe this they have language barrier. Pizza Hut need to take peoples allergies seriously.
Dissatisfied to the highest degree absolute horrible server. Took me 40 min to say screw it and call them just for them to tell me it’s been ready but no delivery driver. They have my number and email but can’t be bothered to let me know the situation. I showed up to a cold pizza and a rude worker who made the pizza saying it wasn’t his fault for not getting ahold of the customer. I will not be buying from this location again!
The man taking the order has a language barrier, should not be doing orders. Then a woman came on and not much better. I am not racist, but definitely made the pizza hut experience a frustrating and negative one.
Kindersley pizza hut is an absolute joke. I received a coupon in my mailbox. It was buy a large and receive a medium for 5 dollars. I tried to order that over the phone and the lady said that it was for one topping only, on the coupon it it says equal value. So I tried to order the other option, 2 medium for 25.99$. When I went to pick it up they said it was 42.90$. The person who I spoke with at the till said the lady was in training so I had to pay full price. I will never go to pizza hut again in my life. Definitely would not recommend.
Fair pizza however the man taking the order didn’t speak English. As a result, we asked three 3 times for specifics only to find he had not done ANY of said things. If you don’t care about the pizza you get, then this is the place for you
I just called at 10:35pm, they answered the phone, ask what I wanted than told me they can't make it cause they close soon, why stay open?? Terrible, employees are a holes...
We ordered online - we thought since they were newly opened they'd be behind. But they were exactly on time and everything was great. Highly recommend!
And even order from them 730pm on a Tuesday and they won’t answer the phone I called 11 times and it would ring for about 7 mins then ask for my remote access code
