I deal with Krystal sharp she has Great customer service and exceptional knowledge to help me through my struggles with insurance. She is my go to when I have questions or concerns. I highly recommend her and western financial for all your insurance needs.
Justin was awesome to work with, he was quick and on the ball. Got things rolling quickly and made it alot easier to figure out the insurance for my small home based business! Highly recommended!!!!
Western Financial has some great staff to work with. They are knowledgeable and patient for people who ask questions if they don't understand. Especially Krystal. She is a wealth if knowledge and great to deal with.
Hands down the best service in town. Awesome staff and great knowledge. They are always available when I need them and their manager Lisa was very polite and helpful.
I've been with them for I'm for 4 years when I come to renew my insurance and sure they say it went up from $2800 to $3200 I say I will pay for one year after 1 year dear I have found cheaper insurance pool $1500 for for the same policy My was expired and they charged me extra month for 291
Dismally pathetic service, at the last minute, with very little customer service. One mortage insurance renewal went great. This years was disorganized, late, and missing several quote critical items of repair on my home from one year to the next. The INCORRECT quote was SUBMITTED to me the day my renewal had to be IN EFFECT. We will be moving all of our coverage to better competitors.
Just the worst company one could possibly think of dealing with. Will take you several weeks to even get a call back and once you do it will lead to nothing but frustration. Just read the reviews. Its not everyday 1 star reviews are the majority of reviews left.
Absolutely great service dealt with Western Financial for years through ICBC and now carried over through Alberta for vehicle insurance great brokers I have kept my record intact and flawless and that's the key too awesome low rates thank-you Western Financial for your continuous business and too the broker in Grande Prairie Absolutely excellent courteous friendly service Thank-you from the Bells !
