Thanks to Jessica Shaw and Erin Cloutier I now know what I'm actually covered for. They explained all the fine print in terms that non insurance people can understand. It's nice to see the same people when I'm there and don't have to deal with someone new every time like the last place.

I haven't lived in Grande Prairie for quite some time, but I still use them for all of my personal and business insurance. Helpful,  knowledgeable and down to earth. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with this office ! Have transferred a lot of insurance over and bundled them together with great rates. They make the whole inisual experience simple and haven’t had any issues since. Awesome place

Staff is always helpful. Very kind and curtious overall great customer service. Helped me find the rates I could afford in a swiftly aswell. That is a great bonus.
