Extremely rude. My dad is a patient of Dr Glassman, I was speaking with him over the phone as my dad’s medical power of attorney. I mentioned a recent CT finding as I did not how it may pertain to his course of care and he completely demeaned what I was saying , did not listen to any of our concerns or the concerns of my dad’s oncologist. He truly has no bedside manner and does not care for his patients or their families’ concerns. This review is being written by a registered nurse and I never write reviews but I was so off put by our interaction that I felt the need to warn any potential patients of this doctor. Sad the way of medicine had changed into primarily money/time concerns and not patient centered care.
He was so unprofessional and rude! My husband had a procedure scheduled with him and he rescheduled twice and finally on the day of the procedure he yelled at my husband saying his underwear was not “tight” enough and told him he “does not follow directions” and walked out the room! He did not even give my husband the respect or courtesy to resolve whatever issue he had but instead yelled at him and dismissed him. As a doctor who has been practicing medicine for as long as he has he should be able to communicate with patients more effectively.
If you don’t want to feel like just a number, do not go to this practice in white plains or this practitioner. My son was seen for flank pain and gross hematuria by Dr. Glassman and antibiotics that we were told would have been sent to Walgreens that same day never did; we were never contacted with the lab results and our calls were never returned by Dr. Glassman; but instead 10 days later from our visit office an office personnel left a message. Needless to my son was admitted to anther hospital and treated for kidney stones by that time. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Find yourself another provider and office.
His an amazing doctor. Great bedside manner very professional compassionate the office staff are great as well. My entire family has seen him including my special needs son. Dr Glassman took the time to examine him and explain what was going in very simple words making him feel very at ease. I have worked and seen many doctors I trust Dr Glassman with any issues without a dought.
I just had a Catheter ablation there were Complications and I went home from the hospital with a Foley catheter I had to go to the emergency room four times to have the Foley catheter emptied Dr. Glassman was recommended to me by my primary care physician This probably was one of the best recommendations I ever received in a short time he was able to reverse the problem that I was having and everything is normal. Dr Glassman and his staff are friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. The thought of going to the urologist is not one of my favorite things to do however I am glad I have Dr Glassman as my Doctor .
Over the many years I have been seeing Dr. Glassman, he has been very professional and thorough in his examinations, as well as very personable.
He has always been excellent and i've seen him for 3 decades probably- He had black hair and i HAD hair period when i first saw him.The wait isn't usually that long either-maybe 15 minutes or less.
Extremely professional and Kind...just what you want from someone who is taking care of a parent. Thank you Dr. Glassman from the bottom of my heart!
My husband sees Dr. Glassman - this doc is wonderful- he listens and has great bedside manners
Basically said that it’s anatomically impossible to feel the pain I am feeling. Then says he doesn’t think I’m making up the pain. Very rude and unprofessional. Only doctor I’ve actually gotten angry with and didn’t even say goodbye. Do not go to this doctor
