Westbrook Walk-In Medical Clinic

I had an appointment to meet a doctor here, the receptionist placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. I arrived there before I was taken off hold. I was greeted by the receptionist who was doing nothing so she could have easily picked up my call. They then tried to force me to wear a mask after it is no longer mandated and I walked out. I will not be going to a doctor that is still bending over for the government and clearly does not respect patients time.

Receptionist was so rude over the phone. Used to have such great medical staff before covid. Dr. Jassi is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and friendly. Such a gentleman. That’s the ONLY reason I’m still going to this clinic for the past six years.

My wife and newborn baby were only 5 minutes late and were made to wait in the hall with other patients for over an hour. There were many sick people coughing and sneezing. I am more than sure that if she had arrived even early, she would have had to wait in line anyway.

This is such a wonderful clinic! I called around to a few places and thankfully they were willing to help me on the same day. Super quick wait time, I was out within a half hour. Ladies at the desk are super lovely and the female doctor I didn’t get her name, unfortunately was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location. 10/10. Thank you ladies!!

Dr. Kaur has wonderful bedside manner and takes the time even though she’s busy to hear what i’m feeling. This concept hasn’t rang true in other clinics. Front staff are kind and the clinic is very clean. I’m VERY happy that I chose to move over to this clinic!

Best clinic I've been to in over 30 yrs. Dr Jassi cares, he takes time to listen, he explains everything and discusses everything with his patients, my mom and my children have switched to him because of his kind and caring attentiveness. He reminds me of my 1st Dr here, Dr F Moriarty. They have great Dr's and a wonderful psychiatrist that works great with children, amazing, kind staff, an all around perfect 10

This clinic is a kind, caring environment that is run and staffed by honest, dedicated professionals. They take your health and best interests to heart. I should've written this review about 4 months ago, I feel awful that it's taken me so long to review my remarkable experience here. I came to this clinic in crisis a few months ago. I was not a previous patient and the waiting room was busy. I was quickly given privacy and treatment in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Reception/ nurses were welcoming and knowledgeable and a doctor saw me right away. I was heard, I was comforted, I was treated with respect and the Dr's exam room manner was refreshing and sincere. I have always struggled to ask for any help, especially when it comes to certain things, but that day, the entire staff made me feel like I mattered and they saw what I needed. I was able to return to work later that day. The owner shows pride in her clinic and was very engaging with myself and her staff. I received a call to check on how I was doing the following day which was a nice surprise. I wouldnt hesitate to return here. I have told many people of my experience here and would like to find a GP at this clinic so I can switch from where I've been going for 15 years. Thanks again for seeing me that day. Horrible receptionist. Super rude, has an attitude that needs fixed. No respect for any patients whatsoever. Can’t even fax over patient documents when PAID $50 FOR THEM to be transferred to a different doctor that has more care and respect. Withholding medical documents is serious, I paid $50 for that service and they can’t even do that. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
