Worst clinic ever!!!! Dr Farat Khan is not a good doctor not even close! Never listens to patient problem and refuses to help. Always end up going home not getting the problem I went in for even checked. I am in disbelief with how she even has a doctors degree. She even questioned if my miscarriage was real when she’s the one who saw me and read it off my files. Seen a new doctor and making a complaint for with CPSA ! I encourage any other patients who have been neglected to do the same
Big red sign out front says “Walk in clinic”. Even in webpages says “walk in clinic” go into clinic and sign at front door says NO walk-ins. Only appointment. Sorry I can’t schedule my illness.
I went to the clinic bc I need help asap, I was having panic episodes and anxiety attacks almost every day for more than 5 hours and also I had very strong palpitations which I knew it wasn’t normal. Well, they ended up doing a pregnancy test I was 5 months pregnant, it was obvios I was pregnant, when I went to the room with the doctor she did a check up on my pregnancy and didn’t want to listen what my real problem was and when she finally did she just told me to lay down and close my eyes and then she sent me home. I went to another family doctor and now I’m medicated due to depression and anxiety. Plus my new FD found a murmur in my heart and now I have to go through a surgery. Now if you say you can’t find my name on file I’m pleased to write it down, it’s Fatima V. Perez A. These ppl just pay attention to the ones who are from same ethnicity.
I was not happy they said they were not taking walk in patient OK no problem while I was waiting to pay for something in the pharmacy, another man walks in wanting someone to see his daughter not taking walk ins ok he was not happy then walks in a man that asks to see a Dr. he had a cut that was not bleeding but he gets to see the Dr. the only difference was skin color. do not know if the Dr. is good or not
I am going to this clinic since years very helpful staff and doctor Aujla is very humble and very professional I am always satisfied visiting this clinic shaukat abbas
The WORST clinic in town. I had an appointment at 1:10 and there was no doctor till 2:15. So eventually i have to leave after wastin an hour.
The MOA needs to have a proper training on phone handling. I called just now to book an appointment and got hold for like 3 to 4 minutes so I hanged up. When I called back I told the MOA that I was being hold and noone ever gets back to me. The lady don't  even bother to apologize and kept talking to someone in a different language. I know this job needs a lot of patience as I have been into this job, but please if you aren't happy you can just leave so as not to offend more client in the future.
Highly unprofessional and Avoid if you can. There is no value for your time. They book your appointment and forget about it. When you get there they cannot find your appointment and refuse to help you to see a doctor. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff. Do be the victim of hit and trail because that's the kind of knowledge they have with an exception or two.
These ppl are liars. I went in and there was no one in the waiting room. After the head lying receptionist found out why I was there, she then said they're fully booked. LMFAO. It's a walk in clinic. I called her a liar then left. Went to a real clinic. Waited 7 minutes.
I have been going to this clinic for the past 4 years, everytime they take appointments but still takes very long because they don’t know how to manage their time. The stuff are absolutely trash as they just talk trash about other to each other. Unable to help
