I had a great experience at West River Periodontics. Raquel was so very kind and great at describing what was going to take place and made me feel comfortable. From the warm blanket, the massage chair which immediately took my mind off of my teeth, the very nice gal that gave numbing shots, to the air and tool during those shots…all these “little” things ended up being huge to making me have a better experience. Then they sent me home with soft foods for the evening. Great service! I also appreciate that today, the day after the my tissue graft, I do not have a lot of pain. I would recommend anyone that needs periodontics work, to go see them at West River.

The whole process was remarkably painless. The doctor explained what was happening step-by-step and put me totally at ease.nnRaquel was just the best. She also took the time to explain the whole process before we started and took time after to tell me hope you take care of tooth stress when I left office.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have had in 50 years. The staff are so welcoming, genuinely compassionate and friendly. Zero pain during the procedure. I mean Absolutely zero. Dr Scanlon explained everything in detail and offered sound advice not pressure as some others have. Jaimie and Brayden were just the best part of my day. So amazing. Dr Scanlon is my new hero! They even called the next day to make sure all was well. Totally unexpected!

Wow! What a great experience going here was. The staff is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so friendly and informative. Dental work is never fun, but WR Periodontics makes it so much better.
