Our son needed an emergency procedure. He was visiting Rapid City and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. They helped him in a timely manner and worked with us over the phone to figure out insurance as we live out of state. We are so grateful for their professionalism and quick help.

I broke a filling while on vacation and they were able to fit me into their schedule with no problem. Everyone was very kind and the care I received was top notch. Now only if I could move them to Missouri...

Skillful professionals, and I have been happy with my experience overall. I do have one criticism: They are not quite as good at patient comfort as some other dentists I've had. Frequently they don't rinse well (or at all) after procedures, leaving bits of teeth and unpleasant tastes. Also, I have sensitive teeth, and had a past dentist who used a type of easily removed hard wax to insulate sensitive teeth from discomfort (due to cold air and water during procedures in close proximity). Much better than an extra numbing shot. When I brought up the possibility of implementing this because of how much it had helped me in the past, the young hygienist was very dismissive and acted offended that I would presume to give them suggestions. FYI: I have genetics causing weak teeth, I've had literally dozens of fillings, as well as other procedures, and I know a fair bit about patient experience in the dentist chair. Services can always be improved, and due consideration of feedback makes clients feel valued.

I was on vacation and broke a tooth. They were great about getting me in right away and getting my tooth fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
