Ray Dental Group

Like many, I have never been a big fan of the dentist and had put off finding a dentist after I moved to Rapid City for quite a while. I decided it was time and after seeing a post on Instagram about them having massage chairs, I decided to give Ray Dental Group a shot. (You know, it's the little things.) From the first interaction on the phone to the moment I left the office I have never felt more at ease and valued as a patient. They were quick to accommodate me with an appointment time and even worked the schedule so I could have my cleaning on the same day. The staff was kind and professional, not once laying on a guilt trip for the amount of time it had been since I last went to the dentist. The office was clean, modern, bright and inviting. And yes -- the cleaning chair had a massage! The icing on the cake was the gift of a coffee mug and candle -- so unique! The day after my appointment I had already received a thank you and other follow-up communication about my visit. I am so glad I decided on this dentist!

Having been a customer for several years and this includes extractions and regular hygiene visits I have nothing but praise for staff. The space is always clean, comfortable and neat. The staff from the receptionist, hygienist to doctors in addition to being knowledgeable are professional and personable. They stay abreast of the technical side,tools and techniques. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thanks Guys!

My husband and I have been going to Ray Dental for almost 10 years now and we love it. As much as one can love a dentist that is. Dr Bridges is always awesome and makes you feel welcome and like you never left. The check in gals are courteous and tend to remember you after a time. The hygienists are great and as gentle as a hygienist can be. There's many features and options available to relax you if you're nervous. Tvs in each area you can watch and headsets if the drilling gets to you or can listen to the radio. Highly recommend going to Ray Dental Group for anyone looking for a great dentist.

My first visit to Dr. Ann was a little anxiety producing for me. I've had some "not so good" experiences with dentists my past. Well, my anxiety was quickly diminished within a short time into my visit. Every time I visit Dr. Ann and the staff of Ray's Dental, it's always a "party"!! Everyone is so friendly, receptive to my needs andor requests, professional, and most importantly...do good work! I always feel comfortable and relaxed and that I'm the most important patient there. That's an art in itself. Obviously, I'm a fan of Dr. Ann and the staff. I will definitely continue my dental care with them!

I would and have recommended Ray Dental to anyone. They truly do go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a good one. As someone who has a fear of going to the dentist I wish I went to them years ago. They are all so kind and friendly and I feel totally at ease there. Best dentist experience ever.
