They were amazing! My four year old had to have a tooth pulled and the Dr was amazing! my daughter had a wonderful experience and isn't traumatized in the least bit! They do a payment plan which also helps because i don't have insurance.

My 4 year old daughter had her top two front teeth bent badly back when she fell while running. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and made her feel at ease as they checked things out and then straightened her teeth back out. The dentist and all the rest of the staff were so helpful and saw us immediately even though they were busy. They did such a wonderful job I can't imagine how they could have done any better. If I could give six stars I would.

West Michigan Pediatric Dentistry is the place to bring your kids. The office is kid-friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to make each patient comfortable. A+ business!

The staff in the front and even the manager are so rude. The dentist and back staff awesome. But the front makes them look so bad because of the way they talk to you and treat you. I told the manager I was going to go write a review and he said okay that's fine go ahead like he didn't even care. I work with people everyday in my office and I like to make them feel wanted and respected . I would do whatever I could to turn the situation around and make them happy again . Them... They could careless bc they know there are very few child dentist in Holland and people have no choice but to put up with how rude they are . Very sad...

Good experience so far. Finally after many traumatic dentists over the years. We shall see how it goes with child #2....
