This review is a long time coming. I became a patient of Dr. Meyer in 2009 in order to get crowns on my 2 front teeth to fix my smile from damage done in an accident 10 years prior. I had no dental insurance and paid out of pocket. Although when they were finished, one was a little bit longer than the other and stuck out a little more, I was just so happy to feel more like myself again. Fast forward a little more than 3 years. One of my teeth suffered a large chip while biting into pizza crust. My research said that they should have given me no problems for 10-15 years. When I went to see him (with the chipped off piece) he wouldn’t really answer why it had happened. He reattached it and when I went to check out they tried to charge me for 2 office visits (they had me come in in the morning to look at it and later in the afternoon to fix it) and then wanted to charge me more for the actual glueing on of the broken piece. I admit, It was 2 weeks before my wedding and I lost my cool at the desk. They called the dentist up to the front and he was quite combative. I wanted an answer as to why this had happened so soon after paying for this work. He basically blamed me for not having regular visits and grinding my teeth (which I have never done and he admitted there was no eveidence of). I never went back. Last night, that same price broke off. I guess I should feel lucky that it made it 5 years. I hadn’t had dental insurance until last spring, though, and crowns are very expensive. I went to see my current dentist today and finally got confirmation of what I suspected. She said the work was shotty, the crowns were of poor quality and that in no way could the original break be my fault. I’m only reviewing now, because I had another reputable dentist confirm what I’ve thought all this time. I’m not a regular reveiwer of businesses, and never of a medical professional, but this had to be said somewhere.

I have gone here since 2009 without any problems at all. The only reason I gave 4 instead of five stars is that on my first visit they told me about all of the things that they offer and I took it as a hard sell. I said I didn't like that andThey I have never had an ounce of problems since. I also asked for the same hygienist each time and I get that which I like.

Not a good experience at all, charged a family member for exray when they sent us a coupon for free "exrays" then when we worked for close to year to get the refund, they stalled and stalled. Finally after filling multiple complaints and BBB and Attorney general they begrudgingly refunded the money to this young struggling college student. Horrible dentist office in our opinion. Today they threatened to sue the college student for slander for a constitutionally protected free speech, public service posts online about their actions, trying to cover it up - amazing!! There will be ALOT of support for him if they try!
