well we did like this service, up until they said they would no longer take our insurance. They wanted us to do all the paper for them. Like pay them up front and have us wait for insurance to pay us back. Why bother having a billing department.

The front desk staff and hygienists are always so kind. I’ve been going to this dentist for years and it’s the best one I’ve been to. I had a wisdom tooth out and I was pretty nervous about it. But it went by SO fast and Dr. Gardner did the best job. Then that evening he unexpectedly call me to see how I was feeling which was so appreciated because I did have a question. Best dental office ever I highly recommend.

Was having problems with sensitivity on my teeth and gums, they knew exactly what to do! The staff is amazing! It's a family-type cheerful atmosphere! Even though you pay up front, the office sends in the paperwork right away for you, and a reimbursement check comes in the mail by the following week, no problem!

My family has had such a great experience here! I was very impressed with all of the staff. They are very friendly and efficient. I was especially grateful for how they helped my three year old feel comfortable with having his first teeth cleaning despite his nervousness and hesitancy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Gardner fully explains everything. With my last procedure, he said he was confident he could drill with no anesthetic and still keep me comfortable. Sure enough, I felt nothing. I strongly recommend this practice!

Since i have been going Strikwerda about 24-25 years they have been fantastic. The Hygentist and The Dentist always explain everything before they start. Stop in the middle and ask if everything is going OK. The Ladies at the front desk have been super, on working around my work schedule for appointments. I just met Dr. Gardner, super guy. He just did some fillings for me, and just like Dr. Rich, he explained, asked, and just chatted. Love my Dentist.

FIVE STARS for Strikwerda!!! Dr Rich and his team are gentle and attentive! The ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile, my hygienist is careful especially when flossing and Dr Rich takes time to discuss any concerns. I have been going here for years now, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

This place is phenomenal! The staff is great and very caring! Dr Dan Gardner is great in explaining exactly what he’s going to do. I highly recommend this practice!

The whole staff is so friendly and very professional. I used to hate going to the dentist. But now with Srikwerda & Gardner I don't mind go at all. Just had a root canal and a crown and felt no pain and they explain everything ,which helps me relax about my visit.
