West Metro Dental is pleased to welcome Dr. Sandeep Walia, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario as a valued member to our dental family. We are confident that he will help to bring our office to new heights in patient care in the coming years. Clean well located dental office near 427 and Dixie. Lots of free parking in front of it. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible location.

I've always received the best of care from the entire team at West Metro Dental. Is there such a thing as looking forward to visits to the dentist? If so, then this is the place that gives me that feeling. The service is simply exceptional.

West Metro Dental was as pleasant an experience as a Dental visit can be. The office was clean and in a very accessible location. My one complaint is that I requested my x-rays be sent to an oral surgeon and they haven't responded to my request yet. Other than that the office has friendly professionals and is a good atmosphere!

Like a couple of others on this review board, I was over scheduled past the limit of my insurance policy and forced to deal with my last bill out of pocket.  Kim is an excellent hygenist, but unfortunately the  only good thing about this location.  I wrote an email to let them know I didn't appreciate the overbooking for the year (cleaning every 4.5 months) as well as to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I received a phone call where the receptionist admitted they had the wrong information on my file about my policy, however it was still my responsibility to call my insurance company and know what is covered.  I found this unprofessional to say the least. If they tell me it is within their scope to never let this happen again, they could have prevented it in the first place. It is THEIR responsibility to ensure they have the right policy information on MY file to begin with. I'll likely call back to cancel all future appointments and take my business elsewhere. 

Oh and the five star reviews? Fueled by free movie tickets promised by their emails.

Most amazing team! Very professional and helpful with anything to do with your teeth. I absolutely love and appreciate my Hygienist Kim! She's so sweet and always makes sure my teeth are clean and sparkling white! Best team of dental professionals in the GTA hands down!
