Li Family Dental is an exceptional representation of an oral health facility within the Etobicoke community.  
My initial visit proved to not only to be very welcoming but the atmosphere upon entering made me feel very comfortable.  
Dr. Li and his staff are so professional.  
Dr. Li listened carefully to me when I ask questions or have concerns.  
It is refreshing to not have him brush you off or rush my appointment to get me out of the chair like some other dentists.  He addressed each issue that was important to me, including oral cancer screening.  
Last but not least THE PLACE IS CLEAN - VERY CLEAN.
The receptionists always calls or emails me which shows me that they are interested in helping me keep my  appointment.    
As long as I can - I will keep Dr. Li as my Dentist!

My son recently had to get a tooth pulled by Dr. Li. He was terrified and didn't want to go as he'd had a negative experience with another dentist. He came home raving about Dr. Li. He said he made him feel so comfortable and that he trusted him. The dentist explained everything that was going to happen and made my son feel in control of the experience. When Dr. Li said the tooth would be out in 10 seconds, my son counted to 10 in his head and it was out. Great experience!

The first time I came, I liked that it was clean.
Dr. Li is very experienced & the staff is very friendly & caring such a pleasant dental facility.
Dr Li is patient, easygoing & thorough. I look forward to going again.

Chris is an amazing dentist, skilled and caring.  The office is clean and organized. I'm very happy with the care I've received.

The dentist is polite but he is too young to handle complicated dental cases. I paid over $700 for a partial denture in this clinic, but it did not fit me at all. Dr. LI tried to fix it for a few minutes but failed.  He told me "come back next time, I have another patient to see". Up to today, the denture is still in my drawer.
