Having bad experiences at dentists in the past, I was scared to go in for my filling appointment with Dr. Dawes.  I am so glad that I went.  The staff were very welcoming when I arrived and Sandra brought me over to the chair.  My worst nightmare.  Dr. Dawes arrived and assured me everything was going to be alright.  He was very gentle, polite and quite funny.  He talks to you the whole time he is working on your teeth even though you might not understand or hear half of what he says.  From that day on I knew he was going to be my forever dentist.  I brought my whole family over.  My 12 year old daughter sees Dr. Mann for her braces.  She just loves him.  He explains everything in detail to her.  He's just wonderful with children. He doesn't speed through things, he takes his time to make sure the end result will be perfect.  He explains to her that there will be pain and discomfort and she is totally ok with that.  She always looks forward to her next appointment.  I can't wait to see her teeth when the braces come off.  
Overall I feel this is a great dental office.  Fully equipped with great staff, dentists, hygienists and equipment.  Very clean environment which is very important!!!!

West Mall dental has been my dentist for ~20 years. The staff, hygienists and dentists are all fabulous.

I discovered dr Mann more than 20 years ago as well as my dental hygienist Kim... my bleeding gums issues were fixed as well as my teeth and I'm never changing  my dentist . My 4 kids and my husband go there as well. I even have a friend who lives in Vancouver and always gets a dentist appointment when he comes to see us in toronto. Dr Mann is the man!

We have been going to West Mall Dental Group Since 1996, looking for a dentist that offered Lead Free fillings

Very honest, friendly and work is always excellent.
