West Branch Ponderosa Steakhouse

The food on the Buffet is way better then bay city's Ponderosa. The service can be great just depends on who your server is. The price is getting way too high for most people to afford though.

Service was ok. Preoccupied waitress at times.had to ask for napkins a few times. The food was very basic but was good.

The worst Ponderosa I've ever ate at... I asked for well done steak and they served me a steak that was do done, one would need a saw to cut through it... Very little amount of food form your hard earned $$... Ill never eat there again....

What a horrible experience! We were on our way back home and we were hungry. 50 bucks for two adults, my 12 year old and my 10 year old. The lettuce had wilted spots. Nothing was full. The Salisbury steak looked very dry and old. The chicken wings were old and salty. The meat from the "taco bar" tasted like they never drained the meat before adding the seasoning. The nacho chips were stale. There was no shredded letter or diced tomatoes for the taco bar.overall a very poor meal.ni will drive all the way home rather then stop to eat there again.

Onion rings we're frozen, food on the bar was cold. Manager just asked what was wrong and said ok when I explained and walked away. Waitress was awesome! She took care of food on bar and sent it back to kitchen. Not sure why Manager asked if he wasn't going to do anything about it. Pretty​ sure I'm not going back here.
