Very clean and well kept! Food was very good and all of the staff was friendly! My family and I usually only stop here on our way up north, we haven't had a bad experience here in over 5 years! This Big Boy is great.

A great stop on I-75 exit 212. Very clean restaurant, friendly competent staff that treats you like family. Food came out hot and fast. Drinks were never allowed to be empty. Full breakfast buffet on Sunday. Portion sizes are very good for cost. Happy to be here.

We love Big Boy's in West Branch. Great food, fantastic service, always welcoming and always go above to get you what you would like. Always a cheerful staff/crew and management Always supportive of their crew and works right along with crew. Nice clean friendly atmosphere

Great people working to serve their customers! Best service we have ever had in a Big Boy! Our waitress was awesome and so was the manager! Everyone working together to give their customers an enjoyable, comfortable meal! Thank you!
