Paul at the West Branch Wendy's dis an AWESOME job taking care of 60 soecial needs students. This was our lunch stop on the way back from Michigan Special Olympic Winter games. Paul had a great, friendly, uplifting attitude and was very professional in taking care of us! Wendy's of West Branch, you have a gem if an employee in Paul!

Ate my first Wendy's burger ever last week! It was really good! They have the best chili too!

Sitting area slightly dirty when I ate there. Food was good and service great.

Food was good and was prepared quickly, but the floor was really sticky. Also, the kid that took my order with his stupid handle bar mustache was annoying AF! He kept doing this weird thing with his hand before he would hit a button like he had both Parkinson's disease and cerebral palsy. Gave me a real "how to catch a predator" kind of vibe. Overall good experience. Would recommend to a friend.
