Wesley United is a fine example of Queen Anne architecture that was opened in 1908 at the corner of Patrick Street and Hamilton Avenue, it is the home of Radio Station VOWR

Mission

Wesley United Church's mission, as part of the fellowship of The United Church of
Canada, is to lead people into a lively encounter with God through services
providing for the worship of Almighty God, both to its own congregation and its
radio audience; to promote the redemptive and social challenge of the Gospel of
our Lord Jesus Christ to the community and the world; and to build up the
membership in the faith through spiritual nourishment, care and loving support for
one another in the congregation.
