Love you guys! They took my urgent dry cleaning late in the afternoon when no one else in the city would even consider it. And it was done by 7. They saved me in a pinch and did an amazing job. And affordable. Thank you!
6-months and they still have NOT addressed our claim. I feel so ROBBED at the moment. Completely unprofessional and undignified behavior. No return calls, the complete run around. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.
I use these folks because it's convenient but the service is terrible! They are never open during posted hours. Some of the employees are really dense. Do not recommend going here!!
