Thinest burger patty I have ever experienced in my entire life, too much sauce.. one day the burger patty will be see through thin like the bacon....fries were good but too salty...newly renovated looks ok.

Guy kept cutting me off when ordering. Rushing didn’t get the order right. And food was terrible. Fry’s tasted stale or they needed change grease. Burgers were put together sloppy. And the chicken burger idk what was going on with that. Just terrible service food was terrible. Usually we love Wendy’s when we get the chance to eat it. As we don’t have a Wendy’s in our city. But this was one of the worst experience we have ever had.

11:50pm February 21 2025nnDisgusting! Asked for a Spicy Asiago combo and got a cheese and mushroom burger. The fries were hardly room temperature and not edible. Called the restaurant and was left on hold. I thought I was pretty friendly but didn't even get eye contact at the window. I worked here and have lived in the neighborhood my entire life but this has been consistent lately and don't think we will be coming back

Ordered a chicken strips 3 pack and a spicy chicken burger. The strips were good but the burger was literally pink from the inside. When i called them they told me to bring the leftover burger and get a replacement for it.nWent to the restaurant to get it switched, talked to the manager, they didn’t even apologize just offered the replacement. Btw paid 20$ for the meal.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant at night around 1am. They missed my whole combo and when i called them about missing items i guess she was the supervisor at night, she clearly denied for missing items instead she said i can’t help you and she didn’t even apologized for her mistake and not even she accepted her mistake. I would never give a bad feedback to any restaurant but her behaviour made me do it. She didn’t even picked up my call next time when i tried to place another order with them. Seriously, she ruined my meal even though i was hungry whole day and i waited to get home to order something to eat.
