China Cup Buffet

Most of the dishes that my family and I chose turned out to be either room temperature or cool - they were supposed to be 'hot' dishes. Mentioned this to server. She spoke to Manager and I was told that I needed to serve myself from the bottom of the dish (under heat lamps in buffet). Sorry, but that is not the way Food Safe and proper food temperatures work. Am not eating at this establishment again; used to be good, but has really declined in the last while unfortunately. Some issues and glitches I can forgive and understand but food safety is not one of them.

Don't eat here! Very very very greasy. Owner is rude, money hungry and has no customer service skills. I am with the lady who wrote about her son being disrespected. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are way better places with better food out there.

Absolute worst dining experience EVER. If you care to take your your special needs child along, do not expect the person who takes your money to even to.answer your questions. They grabbed our money and so incredibly rudely yelled, "Everyone pay, everyone pay!' My special needs son is feed with a feeding tube directly to his stomach because he cannot swallow food very well. When he does eat, it is basically for taste and no more than a couple teaspoons in one sitting. I trying to be honest, but be charged accordingly. My son was basically accompanying my bf and myself out for the social aspect and this restaurant left me feeling very unwelcome to do this with their terrible attitude. I will say... too bad that they have a wide spread of food...because I would never return with being treated so disrespectful.🙁

Great staff and the food was awesome last time i went. If you go at a lunch or dinner hour the foods good. They must have hired new stafff because in the past i wasnt to happy with them but now its awesome.
