Wendy's

I just had a horrible Wendy's experience. My family had gotten there and stood in line. It took about 10 minutes until a staff member took our order. Before they took our order we noticed like 3 workers leaning and doing nothing, worrying about their own position (which btw was staring at a screen for fries or something and they hadn't had one order). So, moving on to our order, a worker named Jose to it on the cashier. We went through the order very slowly because he kept mumbling and not paying attention. After we completed telling him our order we repeated how many meals we got and he verified. After we payed we waited for out food and then came to a finding that he forgot one meal even AFTER he double checked the amount. As we got our food and seated we then realized our condiments on a burger were wrong, but we ate it anyways. Then after we went to dump our tray out, we couldn't even fit our garbage in any garbage can because they were all full. Also I'd like to add that the people that were behind us in line were STILL not taken care of at the register and that was 15-20 minutest after they arrived

TL/DR: If you have had Wendy's before then you kind of know what to expect. The Good: The food is pretty good. Above McDonald's anyway. They have the Coke Machine that has a lot of different flavors and a few special sodas only available at Wendy's. The Ok: the staff. Sometimes they are great, sometimes they make you feel like you're ruining their life by placing an order. So hit or miss really. The bad: I've been in this restaurant and it looked like someone trashed the place. It's not the cleanest of Wendy's. I think I blame management for this one, the crew seems understaffed and too busy making orders to get out in the store front to clean. Overall: Give it a shot if you're in the mood for some Wendy's but don't go out of your way to come here.

Stopped in on my lunch to grab a bite, as I was waiting for food, the window was open, I could hear a scuffle as to who ordered what with a bottle of water, which was me. Had a young lady come up abruptly and bluntly ask, "what did you order." Told her my order, and got the response, "that's what I thought." Before getting handed a bag of food, and walking away without saying a single word. Also missed part of my order. Not what I expected.

Food was ok. Food was a little cold for my liking and service was slow for six employees, it seemed nobody knew what they were doing. 7:30 at night so it wasn't a busy time.
