A&W All-American Food

This location is not far from my work so I have been here several times. Not sure why I have been back after a few of the experiences that I have had. Root beer is on the fountain and not draft like you would expect since it is I've if the markers of the chain (and it is way different no matter what the employees tell you), one visit I had three of the tiniest chicken strips I have ever seen in a meal all in one basket and when I asked them what was up when they handed then to me all I got was "sometimes they vary in size", with no offer of an extra one or any way to make it right even though they looked at them and acknowledged that they were smaller than normal and I stood there awkwardly for like 15 seconds while they justed stared at me like "what do you want". Another time I got a flurry after my meal and it was an inch and a half from the top of the cup, brought it up and asked why the cup was just over half full and the worker said "it's only supposed to be to the line (the line in the foam cup about a half inch from the top)" after I pointed out that the only thing even touching the "line" was the ice cream that splashed up while they were mixing it she just shrugged, like it was coming out of her personal supply that she was hoarding or something. Several times I have picked up the paper fry baggie or if the to go order when they hands it to me and asked them to actually put some fries in it because it was less than half full. I filled out the online survey and gave them bad marks and left my email and phone number and even clicked the box that I wanted to be contacted and never heard anything. I am done giving this location second chances and if I'm going to get lunch I'll try one of the other cheaper, better options in the area because the staff doesn't seem to care if the customers are satisfied with the food.

It has an old fashioned style set up the food is well made and the root beer is made there on site and is probably the best root beer I've had in many years.

Root beer floats that you won't find anywhere else. There so good.

Excellent food and their root beer is the best. Service could be fastet.

love it since being a kid. Tip is to get the cheese curds as upgrade to fries.
