Wendy's

No ones wearing a hair net or gloves in this place. I got my fries a mix of cooked and frozen and my burger slapped together carelessly. Avoid if able, go to a different Wendy's where the food come out like it should.

Went there earlier today and had to wait almost a half hour for my food. The drive thru ordering system was so old that I could barely understand anything the person taking my order said. I had to pull to the window to make sure they knew what my order was. They didn't even ask for payment until after I'd been told to pull around, so I had to wait while a woman booked into the building with my card and back. I never received a receipt, even after requesting one. Not to mention that the courier for the food was smoking, which is actually illegal to do when you're working with food and around possible children like at a fast food restaurant. she also basically threw my food at me. I ordered two asiago ranch chicken club sandwiches, one in a meal. The fries were cold and undercooked, evident by how mushy they were. They were also unsalted. I usually ask for my sandwiches without lettuce or tomato, with extra ranch- something that is usually really easy to do. Instead, I got one club with literally nothing but the chicken and bread, and MAYBE some ranch? I couldn't tell if there was any on it or not by taste, but I assume they at least smacked it with the despenser because of the unappealing white spot of whatever on the bread. It didn't taste much like ranch, more like the thick unprocessed skim from milk- bland and unpleasant. The second one had no ranch and was cold, but at least it had cheese and bacon. I don't think I'll be eating at Wendy's for quite some time. I usually only get it rarely due to it's higher pricing. This meal in all it's crappiness was $13.56. I could've gotten the same thing at McDonald's for $5.50, and have actually cooked food! Forgot that fresh not frozen bull if I'm not even getting cooked food.

Every order I have gotten here has been wrong or missing things. Bristol road or grand blanc locations are MUCH better.

Slow, rude, have us pull around and wait for 5-10 minutes every time we go just to order 2 meals. And today after pulling around and waiting we get old jerky chicken and crunchy tortilla. 😩

Slowest dining experience EVERY TIME. They get my order wrong EVERY TIME. They get my boyfriend's order wrong EVERY TIME. This location has really turned me away from Wendy's. I would suggest going to at least a different Wendy's location if you want warm food and a friendly experience. Also, getting someone to take your order inside takes about 10 minutes, and then it takes 20 minutes of standing and waiting until you get your food. Good luck.
