Friendly but super slow service. Waiting almost 10 minutes for fries isn't fun.

Food is alright for a fast food place. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately what's giving the low stars is how slow they are. Even when the drive thru and lobby are empty, it can take up to 10 min to get your food. Which to be honest, is ridiculous. It can be very frustrating as I work in the area, and get my lunch from here most days.
