Service was friendly . Food was as expected ( good, but not exceptional). But, what  greatly disappointed me was the lack of handicap parking. I have NEVER been somewhere that has only had one handicap spot available before. I came here with my elderly grandparents whole both have great difficulty walking.  The only spots available to them were in the back of the parking lot! This needs to be addressed, if they were to get hurt in the parking lot, I would hold the restaurant responsible. I'm sure fellow customers are thinking the same way

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Wow. Very busy at the door but we only waited 7 mins. We sat and were served drinks in record time. We ordered once the drinks came. Had a few sips and some light chit chat when our entree came and both were wonderful. Once our starters were done our mains came and my Manicotti was to die for! We passed on Spumoni ice cream and our bill was reasonable enough that I left a $10 tip. Very happy with both the food and the service. The atmosphere was great too.

Took a (reasonable) while to get seated on Saturday night, but the food came really quickly & the service was excellent!!  Portions big enough to take home leftovers.  One price for full meal, great value.

Always a great experience! Great service, friendly staff and management. Last time we were in the place was PACKED with some Harry Potter group (probably 60-70 folks just from this group) and they still were able to get their great food out on time and with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been there!

The food is normal. The service is BAD, VERY BAD. Brought out the wrong dish. 
The server walked by our table many times but didn't asked about the food or if we liked the food, not even a smile. When we left, there was no bye, no thank you, or have a good day ( all simple things that we can easily see in other restaurants) 
Don't know if this thing happened to us only or to all the guess. I went there with my husband. We were polite, didn't complaint about anything, left a good amount of tip even we felt that the service and the food don't deserve it ( but it's kind of weird not to give tip) .
