Boston Pizza

Tried their online ordering for the first time through my phone. It process was a little clunky but I managed to complete my order. The food was ready by the time I got there to pick up and my order was correct. Also, this location took the time to staple a contact sheet to my bags should I have questions or if there was a problem with my order. It had all the managers contact info in the sheet. I was impressed and that act showed me that they were will to ensure my order was correct.

Below standard for customer service. We got ONE drink menu to share among 12 people. We went there on a slow night where we got seated right away, the restaurant was not busy at all. One of us asked the waitress for more drink menu, she said "sure if I have a minute, I will find it for you." The waitress went around the table rushed us into making decision of what we wanna eat. She even poked my girlfriend in her arm and said, "have you decided what you wanna eat?". The food took very long to come and when they came, the staff had NO IDEA where the plate will go, who ordered what, or what each dish is called!" Lastly, when the bill came, the waitress has disappeared. She left work already! Someone came to give us bills and we got charged incorrectly for 3 items. We asked it to be adjusted, we got $13 back... Horrible experience...

We ordered one pizza and called two times inquiring about why it was taking so long. We finally got our pizza 3 hours later and it tastes liked it had been sitting around in the warmer for a while. This was the second time in a row that our order was forgotten. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Some days their food & service is decent. But, majority of the time it's just terrible. Much prefer the other location!

Waiter forgot to take our order then told us our food was coming, and had to come back and say "Wait. I haven't taken your order yet have I?" I had to order gluten free and at the ti.e our food was supposed to be ready, a cook came and apologized saying that no gluten free buns were left and would I like my sandwich on lettuce. I ordered nachos instead. The rest of my family ate their meals while I waited but complained that their fries were cold. My nachos arrived under a puddle of grease. We complained and we aren't complainers. They gave us a voucher for $10 off our next visit but none of us wanted it. Lol! Oh and the nachos made me sick. So nauseated the rest of the night. We won't be back!
