Wendy's

2 days ago I came to wendys and order "4" 4 for 4s. I checked the bag and there was food missing in my bag I came back in to the restaurant to get it fix and left when I got home I sat down I'm ready to eat to find out my entire order is wrong I didn't get anything that is asked for I call the restaurant and the manager Tony told me he would give me a code so I can get my order replaced. I'm here now try to replace my order and the server tells me they will not replace my order Tony the manager is support to be here and he is no where to be found. I didn't spend money here so they can mess my food up. And then tell me they would honor the code that there manager gave me I've waited my entire lunch break waiting on the manager so I can get my food, so now I'm hungry and aggravated and the workers here don't seem to give a damn, I won't be back to this place.

There was hair in my fries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!! They were cold why did I wait a half hour for cold fries???? I am 100% calling corporate. Horrible service! Just waited a half hour for a single 4for4 the people working didn’t know what they were doing. People inside waiting line in the drive thru waiting. And it was NOT busy when I got there at all. They couldn’t complete a single order. HORRIBLE!

Bacon was burnt. They forgot items: drink and fries. Drive thru even repeated order.

Don't go here on a Sunday afternoon! Over 10 minutes at the drive thru for 5 hamburgers with 2 cars in front of us! We won't be back!

Burgers are Always just thrown together. I don't know what is is but Wendy's always has the worst lettuce. Bad customer service at most locations.
