Wendy's

Fast food is fast food. It's usually not healthy for you, and when it is, we question what's in it. Regardless, it still tastes good and it's cheap on the pinch. They remodeled the interior at the cash register a few years back, and I think it still looks decent. I wish they could renovate the dining area that looked like it came out of the late 70's but they're a tucked in nook off the i-69 corridor. The staff seemed friendly and the place seemed clean. The Restroom is reminds of a gas station's restroom, though.

Filthy dirty, garbage over flowing onto floor. Not one clean table to sit at. Bathroom disgusting. Didn't get all of our order. Good on floor. Water came out of fountain brown. Manager said well we've been busy. Half hour later everything still dirty.

Great Wendy's. Nice inside. Customer Service was excellent. Food was good. We popped in on our way to Pine Knob.

Great service, about a month ago we ate here and could hear an upper level likely corporate manager, with a tablet, scold a store manager for having a bad review....seemed counterproductive and would have been better not in the dining room. Then, when it got busy, store manager jumped up to help, while corporate lady watched for 15min before pitching in. I detest corporations that think once a month visits depict everyday operations. Secret shoppers could easily replace these people. I felt horrible for store manager. She seems to be working her butt off, without recognition. So what..one crappy review from a likely crappy customer... :(

The DRIVE-THRU service at this location is extremely slow. Drive thru employees are not attentive when handing your food to you.....most of what I order is incorrect.
