South 401 Restaurant

South 401 is a great place for unique menu items from pumpkin pancakes to sunflower bread. The healthy omelet special is good. The atmosphere is nice with views of the old courthouse. Country music is usually on the radio and fresh pies on display give it The country dinner feel. The service is the best part of the place. Fast and friendly servers who are attentive to the needs of the people they are serving.

One of the best chicken finger dinners that I've ever had!! Homemade mashed potatoes & gravy were amazing and their homemade potato chips are fantastic!! (Wish I had taken a picture if my plate)

We were driving through Corunna and did a quick search for a place that had some vegetarian options. Turns out that we were literally across the street from this place! We had the Spicy Black Bean Wrap and the Portabella Sandwich - both with sweet potato fries. Everything was excellent! Some of the best "home town restaurant" food we had in a while. Great that this place has some very tasty vegetarian options. We wish this place was local to us so that we could go all the time! Waitress was also very pleasant and friendly!

One of the best home town restaurants I've been to. My fiancee and I recently moved out of state and just prior to it we visited this restaurant three times in a week to say good bye to our favorite food joint in Michigan. I've had the turkey club, the chicken tenders, the bacon cheeseburger, the jalapeno ranch burger, all of the omelets and many others but every time I go, I love what I get no matter what. I would personally recommend this place to every person that even passes through small town Corunna.

Danielle is amazing. This waitress makes the entire place. She is always happy and bubbly. Make sure you make it for breakfast to catch part of her charisma. She is sure to delight you with her loving personality. The food is also delicious.
